Since our founding in 2004, we have completed countless short film, music, and corporate video projects. Our films and staff have won awards in for writing, directing, cinematography, editing, and more.
Matter of Chance is dedicated to producing thought-provoking films that explore the nooks and crannies of human behavior and contemplate social issues. We continue to explore many genres, with a focus on human drama and psychological thrills, always with a clever twist, and a splash of humor.

25 Feb 2011 - We produced a new short film, Viewfinder, for the Almost Famous Film Festival 2011 48-hour challenge. We were joined for the first time by Amanda Melby, Roy Shrum, and Ravyn Santistevan. Roman Santistevan returned after starring in Sixteen last year. The film has been selected among the Top 20 films and will screen Thursday, March 3rd, 7pm, AMC Arizona Center, downtown Phoenix.
07 Apr 2010 - The Phoenix Comicon Film Festival has selected The Sweet Science for their 2010 program. The film will screen as part of the Sci-Fi Extravaganza program Friday, May 29 starting at 5pm, at the Phoenix Convention Center. We are excited to be a part of this event for the third year in a row.
