In 1958, photojournalist Andrew St. George embarks on a journey into the treacherous Sierra Maestra to interview young Fidel Castro and his band of rebels. Living with them for two weeks, he reports of their bravery, resiliency, and idealism. Has he been blinded by the charismatic words of the future Dictator, or is he complicit in a journalistic smokescreen?
